Complete this form if you'd like to be sponsored to attend the 2026 CAI-IL Festival on the Lake: Cheers to 50 Years! The event is on August 13th from 3pm to 7pm at Theater on the Lake in Chicago. We will feature a live band, an aerial silks artist, an aerial bartender, a hula hooper, and outdoor lawn games on the spacious patio. Not to mention an open bar and fun giveaways!
