Description

This course is designed to help board members and homeowners gain an understanding of Association rules and regulations. This course will give attendees an understanding of open meetings and when they are required, basis for enacting rules, hierarchy of declaration, bylaws, and rules, develping, reviewing, adopting, and enforcing rules, communicating rules to owners, creating a handbook, procedures for conducting a rule enforcement hearing, internal and external resources available for enforcing rules, and so much more! This course is part of the DCAL (Dedicated Community Association Leader) recognition course series. You may take this course as part of the recognition program or as an individual course.
