If you have a basic knowledge of financial documents but want to dive deep into long term reserve planning, this class is right for you! After a brief review of budgeting, this session focuses on reserve studies and how they can be a valuable tool for planning for your community's financial future.  Our training concludes with a discussion on how to fund long term projects through the use of additional methods such as loans. Though it is not required, it is recommended to take Understanding Financials: Budgets Reserves & Reports AND Diving Deep into your Budget and Monthly & Year-End Financials prior to taking this class.
