2026 Golf Sponsorship Registration

Description
All sponsors will be listed in the next issue of Common Interest Magazine.
For the purpose of this form, "attendee" refers to the registrant, the contact for the sponsorship and does not inducate anyone who will be attending the outing in any capacity.
Sponsorships do not include any golfer attendees or happy hour attendees. These must be registered separately under the attendee registration form.
Tee sponsors must select their hole assignment before completing the form. Hole sponsor rep names will be collected at a later date. Attendee does not indicate hole rep. Maps of the courses can be found here: https://www.coghillgolf.com/golf/the-courses.
All raffle prize sponsors must select their sponsored raffle prize prior to completing the form.
