Members of the committee who review these complaints on behalf of IDFPR will join us to tell us what happens when a complaint comes in, how it’s investigated, who is notified, and what a manager should do when they are notified of a complaint. This class includes some case studies with outcomes to grasp the real effects of this process. This is one you don’t want to miss! This class counts for 1 CE credit for the CAM license and CMCA designation.
